Being a Northerner with a few years under my belt I’ve observed a lot of changes over the past few decades.
Long before cameras were as common as the coins in your pocket I chose to record my surroundings with paint. I painted as a hobby when I was younger but eventually decided to pursue it full time.
My aim is to record life and the surroundings we live in, both past and present. It’s an affectionate look at bygone times with a touch of gentle humour.
