We have been holidaying in Cornwall for the past five years, and during our very first year we stumbled across Quay Art. I instantly fell in love with the sculptures, and as a new collector, I purchased my second piece from them straight away.

Every year since, we have made a special day trip to visit Quay Art, and our visits have become something we really look forward to. This year was no exception, and we ended up purchasing two more beautiful pieces during our visit. Shortly afterwards, my partner discovered that a new white mouse had been released, and I knew immediately where I wanted to purchase it from!

Roger and the whole team are always incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable. Their customer service really is exceptional. From my experience, they are even willing to go the extra mile — on one occasion, they were happy to open the shop a little earlier to make sure I could get the sculpture I wanted. That level of customer care is something you don’t often come across these days.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received from Quay Art. It’s a lovely place, with a fantastic team who genuinely care about their customers and the pieces they sell.

Quay Art will continue to be our number one destination for purchasing Edge sculptures, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to start or add to their collection.

Thank you, Roger and the team — we look forward to seeing you again next year!

Wonderful service. Very thoughtful emails.

Fantastic service both in store and online. Keeps me coming back time after time

We stumbled across this gallery by accident and so pleased we did. What a fantastic collection of art and sculptures! The team have been incredibly patient and helpful when we were mulling over which piece to buy. After some thought bought online and the service was exceptional. Thank you for all your help and looking forward to buying from you again!

Excellent delivery service within a few days of ordering. Well wrapped up to protect sculpture, which is a birthday present to be given this week. I'm sure my sister will be delighted

Easy to place order and fast delivery. So happy managed to get hold of this item as main company had sold out

The online service was excellent and the sculpture arrived within a few days. Will definitely order again. We saw the sculptures when we were on holiday in Cornwall at Easter. Really enjoyed walking around the store in Padstow.

I hadn’t used this website before and was a bit nervous buying a piece of artwork online, so i checked some of the reviews out before going ahead with my purchase. However, i needn’t have worried, from start to finish i was kept informed reassuringly and my picture was delivered safely a few days later. It was amazingly wrapped to protect it in transit. The painting is of Polzeath beach, somewhere that means a lot to our family and we are absolutely thrilled with it!

I recently purchased an Edge Robin sculpture from Buy Art Online, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m always a little nervous when ordering art online, but this company was incredibly reassuring from start to finish. Immediately after ordering, I received a confirmation email that clearly detailed the delivery company and the expected timescale.
The service was remarkably fast—my sculpture arrived within just two days! It was extremely well-wrapped and secure, arriving in perfect condition. The Robin itself is gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for. I will definitely be using this company again and have already started adding more Edge Sculptures to my want list. Highly recommended!

Have bought 7 Edge sculptures from here. Always top class service delivery and communication. It’s what keeps me coming back
