Dick Bruna was born in Utrecht in 1927 and is one of the Netherland’s most celebrated artists.

He is best known for the children’s books Miffy – a small rabbit drawn with heavy graphic lines, simple shapes and primary colors. His style is bright, colourful and minimalist.
